Improving the payroll & management system of a cleaning company
We didn't know how complicated the life of a cleaning company manager is. That was until we took over a ten year long payroll and management software of a cleaning company dealing with hundreds of employees and clients.
This was definitely a challenge for us. You can imagine how many lines of code a ten-year software has, however, we quickly formed a team that took on researching the cleaning industry and started learning the software.
Besides project management, we have done a huge amount of technical consultancy and documented ways in which the software can be improved and adapted to the fast-changing environment we are currently living in. From customer management, employee hour monitoring, and payroll to route optimization and inventory the software deals with all.
Right now, our team is in charge of the legacy software maintenance and bug fixing, while also working on a plan, analysis and structuring of the code rewriting in a brand-new software solution.
